Hybrid: On-site 3 days a week in Towson MD, Suzhou CH, Tiawan, or Valley City, OH

This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do:

• Develop DOE test plans to help product execution teams test and validate products more efficiently and effectively.
• Reduce testing resources and product test plan time while meeting customer CTQ metrics to ensure a successful product launch.
• Develop best practice standards for DOE across the Tools and Outdoor testing organizations and implement them with the product execution teams.
• Participate in test plan reviews in the NPD process to ensure product meets all requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ Years technical experience in Reliability/Test Lab/Quality discipline in a new product development environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Trained in the use of Six Sigma tools and techniques (i.e., Six Sigma green belt) such as: Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Demonstrate successful performance with attention to detail while managing multiple projects
• Work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain good working relationship with internal and external teams & customers
