Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,800 per month, based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Locations: Remote, anyone based in the Philippines

About Client

Developer of AI-based data intelligence platform intended to cater to the needs of financial firms. The company specializes in ingesting unstructured data from both the internal knowledge base & selected public sources and delivers structured insights through tailored financial workflows, enabling financial firms to take action based on data.

1. Email & Calendar Management

  • Organize and prioritize incoming emails for efficient handling.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain inbox organization (achieve inbox zero).

2. Task & Project Management

  • Prioritize and track tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Delegate tasks where necessary, ensuring they are completed efficiently.
  • Define project objectives, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

3. Administrative & CRM Support

  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide support by conducting research and summarizing findings for various projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in email and calendar management tools (e.g., Superhuman).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for data management.
  • Strong task and project management skills, including experience with tools like Linear.
  • Technical proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and adaptability to various software platforms.
