Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms and channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with feedback and support.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and defining candidate requirements.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with various industries, especially those we specialize in.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
