Process Engineer

• Optimization, programming, and operation of camera inspection systems and measurement systems
• Supporting maintenance and machine modification tasks
• Implementing machine acceptance and monitoring validation processes
• Developing the knowledge of service technician colleagues (e.g., conducting training sessions)
• Monitoring daily downtime rates and intervening in relevant areas when necessary
• Preparing specifications for new equipment and processes

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree (Computer Science Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering)
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance tools
• Interest in learning about state-of-the-art camera-based measurement techniques
• Basic knowledge of capability studies (machine/process/measurement)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Analytical mindset

Advantage:

• Programming knowledge (VBA, C#, C++, etc.)
• Knowledge of the HALCON programming language
• Experience in operating industrial X-ray equipment
• Familiarity with automated camera inspection systems and experience in their operation
