The Role!
You will be responsible for the new sorting facility automation project. Reporting to the Operations Director and overseeing the full project lifecycle, including vendor management, shipping coordination, installation, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The role will transition from project management during the installation phase to a hands-on operations and maintenance lead for the automated system in addition to potential growth for another future automation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in project management, particularly in automation or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical design and engineering principles.
