We are looking for a Project Support Analyst II who will be

• Provide support and assistance to Resource Managers and Service Delivery Managers as they deliver a variety of complex and challenging projects across the world.
• Participation and contribution include analysis of timecards, preparing resourcing and project reports, forecasting project financials and helping to implement new processes, tools and standards across the Solution Delivery.
• Identify areas where CSG policies and practices could be changed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Internal systems support across suite of corporate systems; Workday, Tempus, JIRA, Confluence and Oracle (including Project Setup and maintenance).
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
• Undertake temporary assignments to deliver similar services to other functions within the organization, eg special projects.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• 3-5 years of experience in project support experience or relevant role.
• Intermediate to advanced level of use with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently in an efficient manner.
• Ideally, you will have had previous experience working in projects and now want to advance your experience and knowledge in behind the scenes that leads projects into successful completion.
