Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients in Greece
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
• Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve service levels
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on company products and services

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the job opportunity
