Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in Irish/Gaelic.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on service best practices.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving personal and team-based performance goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Irish/Gaelic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet business demands.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others, with a willingness to learn.
