Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Provide feedback on customer experience trends and suggest improvements to management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
