ABOUT THE ROLE:

The HR Analyst serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to assigned client groups, working closely with leadership to implement effective HR initiatives. This role ensures the proper application of HR standards, policies, and processes, providing guidance and support to both leaders and employees at a manufacturing site that is in the process of significant growth. This role will partner with local leadership in Monterrey as well as a Leadership Team based in the US.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Strategic Partnership: Equip leaders with data-driven insights on workforce planning, compensation, and performance management to facilitate informed and strategic decision-making. Collaborate in identifying and implementing strategies to address future talent and resource needs as well as updating policies/processes as the business continues to grow.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and providing training and support. Supporting terminations and offboarding tasks. Review current HR processes and suggest opportunities for process improvement at the site. Assist in diagnosing organizational climate issues and promoting employee engagement across manufacturing and office employees.

Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.

HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as relevant federal and state legal requirements.

Organizational Development: Drive employee and organizational development through continuous learning and training initiatives, supporting performance improvement and problem resolution.

Requirements

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.

Language: Advanced English proficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Leadership: A proactive change leader and advocate for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders. Able to facilitate discussions, drive decision-making, and foster alignment.

Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead effective change management initiatives, from design to execution.

Project Management: Skilled in project management, with the ability to manage and complete moderately complex projects.

Organization: Adept at multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively.
