1. Problem solving Q-table co-ordination with CFT for internal & external Customer complaints and initiate actions.
2. Regular analysis, Initiate the corrective and preventive actions to achieve define Q-KPI - Internal failure cost ,External failure cost, 0 hr Tech PPM,EOL rejection etc.
3. Periodic Data Reporting & Implementation of Directives/ Q-initiatives Received from QMM.
4. Timely Submission of Prototype samples as per Project Plan for new products / parts or source change, submit the reports for ISIR & PPAP requirement
5. Good problem solving skill on Q-method i.e 8D,4Q, CAPA to solve the Q-issue systematically,
6. Regular Analysis of Critical parameters & Coordinate action for its improvement of process capability.
Requirements
B.E. Mechanical with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skill
- Manufacturing Quality ,Industrial Pumps and valves
- Good problem solving skill on Q-method i.e 8D,4Q, CAPA to solve the Q-issue systematically
- Working knowledge of Q-tools like SPC,CP, PFMEA etc
