Accounts Payable

Our client helps companies gain control over their sustainability processes. They make it easy to take back, recover, and reuse your high-value products – so they don’t end up in rivers, landfills - or on someone else’s assembly line.

They are now looking to hire an Accounts Payable who can support their finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record vendor bills in Netsuite that which has no PO
• Reconcile Vendor statement with Netsuite statement
• Raise Payments in Netsuite for vendor bills
• Convert PO to Bills.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in an Australian Accounts Payable position.
• University graduate/Bachelor's Degree holder with an Accounting Major.
• Thorough knowledge of Australian accounting concepts and principles.
• Highly proficient in using Netsuite and Excel 365.
