About the position
Location: Bengaluru, India

- Take responsibility for the accurate performance of end-to-end accounting of transactions related to R2R function.
- Set high standard in stakeholder management – seek and promote to improve service levels, quality, KPIs and targets.
- Identify improvement areas and pro-actively drive changes in alignment with the stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Strong Accounting and Financial Expertise: Comprehensive experience in financial close activities, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP, local regulations, and internal controls.
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations, maintain the integrity of financial systems, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Capability to work effectively with cross-functional finance teams (e.g., Treasury, P2P), and manage multiple global stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration of processes and timely reporting.
- ERP and Technology Proficiency: Strong operational knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP), and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) to handle financial data and reporting efficiently.
