SAP Engineer

· SAP information coordinator for SAP Continues Improvement at plant level
· Evaluate the requests from user departments, and decide/propose if we’ll optimize the process in SAP system with support from process expert in Bosch
· Prepare request details and submit tickets to process expert or Central IT, and support to conduct testing for meeting user departments’ requirements
· Technical support for daily SAP issues, e.g. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), solve blocked sales orders issues by system, billing creation issues.
· Follow the progress of assigned tasks or projects by CSI (Continuous Standardization and Implementation) team, especially in Data cleaning area.
· Administrator of SAP Users and authorization management in plant.
· Coordinator for yearly Recertification of users authorization.
· Critical authorization cleaning for SAP system.
· Lead and implement some IT projects according to business requirements.
· Any other assigned tasks by supervisor.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above, major courses include internal control, information engineering, information security and other related subjects;
· Basic ability in information analyze and project management;
Oral English communication;
