Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Calculate and process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Generate financial reports for management decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and analyze budget variances.
• Ensure tax compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• Proficient in using accounting software, Xero.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
