Showroom exists to create inspirational spaces and aspirational experiences through world-class design, service, and technology.

Core Values

  • “Get it done!” We are biased toward action and balance grit with smart work to accomplish our goals. We see business challenges as opportunities, always bring forward solutions, and believe there is no challenge too great that we cannot solve collectively.

  • “Design excellence”: Exceptional design is a function of continuous improvement. We apply this ruthlessly and pursue design excellence in everything we do - from projects to processes to people.

  • “Execute in partnership and with pride”: We rise by lifting others and are most successful when our peers and colleagues are also successful. We obsess over quality, take pride in our work, and break down barriers to create seamless success.

  • “Invest not spend”: We value impact and the efficient achievement of results. We invest money—we don't spend it. We expect and monitor the returns on all of our investments, from time to time.

  • “Embrace a growth mindset”: We believe profitable growth creates opportunities and are intensely focused on progress. We develop the most talented people and empower them to offer world-class expertise to our clients.

Candidate Assessment and Qualification:

  • - Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess cultural fit, skill set, and experience relative to the position’s requirements.
  • - Coordinate and lead candidate assessments, such as role-specific exercises or presentations, to ensure the best fit for sales positions or design roles.

Offer and Onboarding Management:

  • - Guide the interview process through to offer stages, managing salary negotiations, employment contracts, and benefits discussions.

  • - Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive offer packages that attract top talent while aligning with budgetary constraints.

  • - Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success with clear onboarding plans, training, and integration into the company culture.

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • - Develop and continuously refine recruitment strategies to attract top sales and design talent, particularly in high-end real estate, staging, and luxury interior design.
  • - Utilize data and market insights to ensure that the company is competitive in attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
  • - Work closely with HR, leadership, and department heads to forecast hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.

Networking and Brand Representation:
