This is a maternity cover position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Payroll process data entry preparation, calculation, and agreement of the amounts with the finance team;
  • Daily communication with employees for payroll clarifications;
  • Communication with the insurer for the medical plan; Check invoices;
  • Cooperation with the Finance Department for requested reports;
  • Filing every week all the documents that we have gathered in physical and digital files;
  • Communication with public authorities when required;
  • Preparation of Edenred Tickets file updated Groupama insurance file, and, Born & wedding gifts
  • Issue hr badges;
  • Preparation, check, and monthly submissions of taxes and contributions;
  • Preparation, check, and monthly submission of all kinds of leaves in GR payroll;
  • Preparation of new hires' documents
  • Preparation of the amendment contracts of the monthly raises, sending them to employees and submitting them to the authorities;

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administrator or relevant to the position.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years proven working experience in a similar role.
  • Good Knowledge of labor and insurance legislation and payroll procedures.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Have a team spirit.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shifting priorities, in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment.
  • Analytical thinking & innovative problem-solving mindset.
