Job Description

• NCR Atleos is rebuilding the Service Assumption team
• The Service Assumption team member is instrumental in working with our business partners, Service delivery teams, Sales, Solution Architects, Service Parts organization and Business Operations Center to ensure service readiness

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to understand what is needed to enable service for our customers, entitlement, service parts and field readiness
• Project management skills are required to ensure service readiness is met to support customer deployments
• Required to oversee and coordinate the multiple projects
• Responsible for coordinating project communications
• Identify key milestones and assess risks
• Organizing and coordinating with cross-functional team members
• Managing Service Assumptions activity for NAMER

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years experience working with basic projects
• Ability to manage business critical programs to aid in ensuring success
• Ability to work closely with the Global Learning, Field Services and Service Part teams
• Interface with multiple business functions and organizations
• Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet required timelines
