As a Business Transformation Analyst you will be responsible for driving a rigorous transformation process, managing program transparency and reporting, and assessing program impact to the bottom line.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, you will be part of an exciting team who supply critical support for a range of business development projects through their full lifecycle, with a strong focus on business value and customer experience.

In this hybrid-working role we're ideally looking for a London-based applicant, but will also consider applications from the Nottingham area.

What you will do

  • Effectively engage with mid to senior level stakeholders.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management.
  • Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility.

Support TO cadence & executive reporting cadence

  • Create high-level read out reports (e.g., Steerco/ ExCo/ Board updates, transformation sharing/ read-outs, program guidance documents, etc.), manage inputs from stakeholders, and modify/ reports when underlying data structures change, use judgement to identify initiatives that skew reporting
  • Operationally support TO & Steerco meetings (e.g., prepare/ schedule meeting invitations, take/ send/ and close-loop on meeting actions, produce high quality presentation material, tailor agendas, update TO meeting template - include participant list, agenda, and targeted deep dives)
  • Brief CTO/ TO Director on issues/ updates (in structured top-down manner) as needed, assist in facilitation, support discussion and present in meetings as needed, and serve as thought partner in probing initiative rationale (e.g., questions to push problem solving, clarifications)

Support initiative and program delivery

  • Continuously get into the detail to identify initiative issues/ roadblocks/ delays, define actions to unblock and follow up to ensure “course correction”
  • Provide ad-hoc problem solving and work with key stakeholders to drive issues to resolution (e.g., develop targets, transformation rules of engagement, reconcile actual financials with other sources) to ensure financial reconciliation of program impact, forecasted impact, and P&L impact
  • Lead TO programs as needed (e.g., Spend Transparency Tower)

Maintain TO tools and process

  • Create/ onboard/ manage users on Wave, update Wave dashboards and configuration based on evolving business need, and support workstreams in data quality (i.e., valuation and approval)
  • Understand business need and data sources to provide answers to the relevant questions, structure dashboards and automate reports to minimize the time required to repeat the analysis

Requirements

  • Experience working in professional service environments, or in an international organisation in a Transformation setting highly preferred
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging various stakeholders
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to problem-solve and facilitate problem-solving among others
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools
