Lead Power BI Developer

Job Overview:

You will be part of IQVIA’s world class technology team and will be involved in design, development, enhanced software programs or cloud applications or proprietary products.

Essential Functions

Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise. Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development. Analyzes and evaluates code issues and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision. Leads projects and programs within own organization with moderate complexity and scope. Focuses on software quality standards for all aspects of work; establishes advanced software test standards and methods and conducts complex software tests. Performs code reviews and optimization of existing queries. May assist in on-boarding new Software Engineers to the team. Exposure to PowerBI services and Azure cloud migration is a must. Develop Database components using Azure SQL Database SQL Server and related technologies and implementing best engineering designs. This resource will lead and support US leadership team's (CDH, CSIH, CSMS etc.) Power BI dashboard development migration from on-prem to Azure being executed by Delivery Excellence KPI. This position can help in bringing in cost efficiency plus timely & effective decision making for the US leadership team.

Requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience in Azure environment development experience using Azure SQL Database, SQL Server

Qualifications:

• Graduate: B-Tech/ BE/ MCA
