The Strategic Marketing Analyst – Genomic Medicine for Cytiva is responsible for continued evaluation of current marketplace dynamics including market potential, competitor activity and disruptive technologies within the rapidly changing global genomic medicine market.

This position is part of the Genomic Medicine Marketing organization located in the United Kingdom or Singapore and will on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Work closely with commercial organization with data analysis that improve top line (account coverage & prioritization, design-in, value-based selling)
• Develop market models to understand genomic medicine addressable market, market size & growth to help with business strategy planning
• Supports business case development for strategic planning & organic growth opportunities
• Propose innovative frameworks that aim at adapting our business model to market changes (pricing, cross selling)
• Deliver on market research projects in conjunction with our Customer Insights team
• Performs industry trend analysis, customer segment analysis and competitive analysis

Who you are:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Business Management, Engineering, Science or related field
• 3-5 years experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or related field
• Starting with disparate data, ability to synthesize information to ultimately create insights that drive strategic business outcomes
• Strategic thinking – able to independently design/identify ideal approach to answering complex business questions
• Strong project management skills to scope out projects, define deliverables, and plan appropriate timelines to execute projects

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strategy Consulting
