Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Supervises daily activities of a medium sized team of technicians to ensure that projects meet quality standards, deadlines and customer specifications. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Provides input to the performance evaluation of the team.

About the job:

• Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring productivity; accountable for results of the team. Trains new team members on processes.
• Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes.
• Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts an escalation point of contact.
• Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance. Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor or university degree
• Experience: At least five years of experience with at least one year at a supervisor level
• Supervisory skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
