Senior Operations Engineer - Open Banking

Overview:
This role is applicable only to candidates located in Poland.
We are seeking a motivated and talented Senior Operations Engineer to join our team. European Open Banking is a revolutionary Fintech platform focused on transforming account-to-account payments ecosystem.
Your squad would be a part of the Connectivity Division which is responsible for development and maintenance of the products that secure high quality connectivity to banks across Europe. Join us in shaping the future and delivering world-class products to our customers.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of C# / .NET
- Ability to learn effectively
- Problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Communicativeness

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of Open Banking platforms.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Work closely with development teams to deploy and configure applications in production environments.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and contribute to the development of creative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

Experience:
- Basic knowledge: Demonstrate a basic knowledge in software development.
- Learning Proficiency: Demonstrate your aptitude for effective learning by showcasing your ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
