Records Management Tools Strategy PM Lead Analyst

Records Management Tools Strategy PM lead analyst is responsible for the strategy, execution & management of tools that contribute to Enterprise Records Management Policy, Standards & Procedures. Plays a critical role in leading product strategy and management activities to support global Records Management implement new target state model (TSM) , enabling Citi to operate efficiently while effectively mitigating and managing risks related to records management.

This job requires excellent communication skills needed to negotiate internally & externally. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide and influence others, in particular, colleagues in other areas and occasional external stakeholders/vendors.

Background and SME knowledge in Records Management Technology and Automation is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with records management business to lead in establishing, managing and implementing tools for records management governance and automation.
• Lead product strategy through build vs buy analysis, GAP analysis, business case development and metrics.
• Analyze business needs and requirements from cost/benefit approach to drive appropriate solutions.
• Prioritize requirements, build and maintain a strong backlog in JIRA with KPIs and a clear definition of completion.
• Actively participate in Backlog Grooming, UAT execution, Demo sessions, and scrum ceremonies. Proactively track funding allocation, burn rate and overall backlog health.
• Work with technology on a day to day basis, to ensure timely execution of milestones.
• Devise user adoption strategies, improve usage and provide product training
• Work with program manager to provide reporting of potential risks to delivery, and incorporate milestone reporting and changes.
• Capture requirements, develop detailed product roadmaps and manage the entire product lifecycle. Perform on-going controls related tasks and deliverables related to records management technology products.
• Overall ownership of the Third-Party vendor products, monitor ongoing product performance, including responsibility of the annual due diligence tasks.
• Present regular updates on milestones, deliverables, risks and achievements to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred in Records Management/ Data Product Management/Engineering or related area.
• Experience as a technical product manager with at least 5 years experience in taking products live(go to market strategies) from ground up.
• Detailed working knowledge of product management activities and good practices.
• 5+ years of experience working with SaFe Agile working methodology.
• Proven expertise in leading meetings with Senior Leadership and cross functional teams.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience in drafting user journey flows and designing workflows Knowledge in the latest UIUX paradigms and familiarity with design thinking approach
• An excellent critical thinker, negotiator and problem solver with a proven ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent leadership skills in working with cross functional teams and conflict resolution
• Experience in data analytics, tracking and reporting of product metrics Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail. Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
• Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance, Records Management Policies in large financial services firms.

Education:

· Bachelor's/University degree, Masters’ degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
