Client Onboarding Analyst

The Client Onboard Analyst is an entry level trainee professional role. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. We want someone who can make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. Someone who can resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience will excel in this position. The successful individual will be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.

What you’ll do

• Conduct KYC on new and existing clients
• Ensure relevant regulatory requirements are met
• Manage stakeholders
• Work to deadlines
• Manage and prioritise daily tasks ensuring SLA’s are met

What we’ll need from you

• Experience gained working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to meet client demands whilst meeting Quality Assurance goals.
• Customer communication experience (internal/external).
• Knowledge or interest in the field of corporate finance and banking.
• Experience of accurately following procedures and processes which frequently change and evolve.
• Relationship management
• Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty.
• High attention to detail with good PC skills (Excel, Word).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
