Key Responsibilities:

AUTOSAR-Based BSW Module Development:

  • Design, develop, and test AUTOSAR BSW modules (Basic Software) with a focus on Battery Management Systems (BMS), including CMU, HV monitoring, NvM, SBC, and WDG.
  • Develop custom drivers and modules using Embedded C within the AUTOSAR framework, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Battery Management System (BMS) Insights:

  • Lead software development for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including CAN message handling, cell monitoring, state of charge (SOC), state of health (SOH), fault management, and relay control. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS)
  • Integrate battery sensors, actuators, and high-voltage measurement units within AUTOSAR architecture, ensuring accurate measurement and safety protocols.

Communication Protocols & Diagnostics:

  • Implement communication protocols including SPI, I2C, UART, and configure UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) for diagnostics and monitoring within the BMS.
  • Configure and integrate AUTOSAR modules like DCM, DEM, and NvM to enable fault handling and diagnostic message management.

AUTOSAR Configuration & Toolchain Utilization:

  • Utilize AUTOSAR configuration tools such as EB Tresos and DaVinci Configurator/Developer for the configuration of MCAL, IoHw, NvM, and SBC modules.
