Carrier is looking for a young talented professional to join our newly created Global Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role will support across the data domains the establishment of our global data and department governance. He/she will also support the MDM Transformation program in similar responsibilities. This role requires skills in projects support, including planning, change management, communication, budgeting, controls, preparing and running workshops and meetings, including the meetings notes and follow up actions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Being part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the implementation of our Global MDM Strategy, ensuring it is centrally documented and kept up to date
  • Being responsible for our department governance, incl. its internal meetings structures, budgeting preparation and follow up, audit and Internal Controls support and follow up
  • Driving and organizing the communication for MDM, with the support of a OCM professional
  • Coordinating the application of Cx concept across our MDM CoE and MDM Operations
  • Supporting meetings, workshops organization, prep and follow up
  • Supporting project planning and resource management
  • Supporting the department and MDM program in organizing meetings/workshops, including preparing agenda, participations and logistics + producing documentation like meetings minutes, action/decision logs, operating model, operating procedures and more
  • Being responsible for administering our Microsoft SharePoint sites & Microsoft Teams Channels and Yammer community
  • Capable of doing specific assignments on certain topics link to a transition: capability/process mapping, financial business case prep and more
  • ·Capable of managing assignment in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities

  • Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to utilize metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build working relationships and foster communication with internal customers within and across organizational and geographic boundaries
  • International mind-set – sensible for cultural differences

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT
  • 2 years minimum working experience
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement project
  • Experience in complex IT system environments
  • Experience in complex business environments
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Available for moderate travel

Preferred Requirements:

  • Keen in understanding and getting involved into Business Process Optimization matters
  • Keen to interact with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Keeps deadlines and produces high quality output
  • Strong communicator and change agent
  • Project management methodology knowledge
  • Tools: SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Office, project planning application
