- Continuous performance monitoring of Blue Yonders’ applications and the underlying infrastructure.
- Pro-active detection, reporting, analysis and resolution of issues during monitoring before they are reported by the customers.
- Work on adhoc configuration / data change requests in Production environments.
- Timely acknowledgment and resolution of issues reported by Customers and other teams.
- Support environment provisioning.
- Work with Development teams for Root Cause Analysis and follow-up until the issues are resolved.
- Share daily / weekly status reports to the stakeholders.
- Aware of ITIL processes
- Good oral and written communication
- Experienced in L1 Support Role
- Experienced in Monitoring Tools Exposure (App Dynamics/ ELK/ Grafana / OpsGenie)
- Cloud – Azure /GCP/AWS basics
- SQL / Any RDBMS
