As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m) you'll prepare proposals and bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the operational plan of own department.

As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

• Developing and coordinating proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
• Validating risk and rewarding balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment
• Executing the commercial hand-off process to ensure flawless execution
• Upholding the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures
• Handling client requests through client portals
• Working with the product line sales & Commercial teams within the region to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline
• Working on strategic opportunities and tenders; working in collaboration with the global stakeholders for select projects
• Coordinating and collaborating across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a successfully completed your studies in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
• Have proven experience in commercial environment
• Be able to work unaccompanied and demonstrate leadership skills
• Have commercial experience and awareness of pricing, bids and the tendering process
• Demonstrate good problem solving skills
• Be fluent in Italian and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
