Data Solutions Analyst (B3)

Role Summary

The Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for insuring HCP data integrity across all claim platforms and network relationships. The Data Solutions Analyst will partner with the front-facing RM to understand trending of HCP data related issues and inquiries. They are responsible for supporting the Front Facing Relationship Manager by collecting and tracking data, running reports, and researching and resolving day to day data issues.

The RM is considered an expert in HCP loading, market structure, and data loading tools. The role requires thorough knowledge of the interdependencies among various business teams; negotiates positive change, and serves as a technical, procedural, and/or workflow resource.

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert for data-related initiatives and operational issues.
  • Researches and works toward resolution of HCP data issues and trends identified by Vendor and Matrix Partners. Partners with Front-Facing RM to help remove barriers, identify risks, and insure resolutions are effective.
  • Works with Front-Facing RM to understand trending of day to day data issues. Reviews issues identified to determine if there are common trends at a broader scope (across networks or markets).
  • Shares trending insights with Front Facing RM. Shares insights and makes recommendations for effective solutions.
  • Responsible for tracking of day to day HCP data issues in order to facilitate reporting
  • Works with Front-Facing RM to help proactively identify problem areas, market pain points, etc.
    • Attends regular meetings to understand pipeline, issues, market initiatives, etc.
    • Insures consistent open communication, constructive collaboration
    • Shares insights, trends, etc.; solicits feedback
  • Identifies and elevates trends that may be broader in scope. Fully analyzes and understands problems and impacts before suggesting solutions
  • Maintenance of Knowledge Management tools for the market they support
    • Works GSI/GMI/Market Guidebook intakes for aligned markets to insure submissions are handled in a timely manner, and market intent is clearly represented.
    • Collaborates with Front Facing RM to ensure a regular review of the Knowledge Management tools to ensure the content is accurate and current.
  • Actively participates in local/market and enterprise projects with HCP data components.
    • Works directly with Front Facing RM to understand pipeline of market initiatives
  • Works directly with all areas of PIDM, Knowledge Management, Training, etc. to improve process workflows and determine improvement opportunities.
    • Serves as PIDM SME on Knowledge Management and similar forums
    • Partners with KM to review Governance submissions with market impact
    • Understands and considers policy and process implications across all data systems (HCPM, CPF, Facets, etc.)
    • Reviews current policies for improvement opportunities.
  • Partners with Automation Team and Automation Business Project Specialist to ensure automated solutions are appropriate and accurate considering network, market, and group loading requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • Subject matter expert in all aspects of HCP data loading and business workflows, including market and network structure, as well as related tools, resources, and applications
  • 5+ years of previous PDM experience required
  • Experience with the Network Market and Association Business Rules (NMABR) Tool updating GSIGMI's
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive matrix partner working relationships
  • Demonstrated technical skills with Microsoft office and other applications to ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of HCP data related issues
  • Demonstrated, applied experience supporting project management activities
  • Highly effective oral and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently apply critical thinking methodology to understand end to end impacts of presented issues.
    • Gathers complete information necessary to make informed decisions, and to insure that solutions are effective from an end to end perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to solutions in a positive and proactive manner
  • Ability to work independently to insure accurate execution of projects (ability to multi-task and prioritize workload)

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 60,600 - 101,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
