RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to ensure high-quality code and functionality.
• Develop, revise, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts based on predetermined requirements.
• Execute test plans, log defects with severity ratings, and recommend solutions to the development team.
• Retest software corrections to ensure defects are resolved.
• Drive continual process improvements in testing procedures for future replication.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality assurance.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce QA or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Requirements:

• Salesforce certification(s).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
