Cloud Engineer Specialist

Join the Cloud Platform and Solutions Engineering organization for Nasdaq. The main objective for the engineering team in Bangalore is to build state of the art cloud platform for internal customers. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements, support and maintenance of the Nasdaq cloud platform.

Your role and responsibilities:

• As a vital part of our Cloud Platform Engineering team, you will join a hardworking group of cloud authorities dedicated to establishing the common patterns and practices used by our application development and operations teams. Together, we work on building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers Nasdaq’s innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support the growth and scalability of our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud solutions
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or quivalent degre in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
