What impact you'll make?

Reporting Analyst role will support overall actuals and forecast reporting across CSA, MMP, P&ES and TX Core business lines across all ERPs, will act as point of contact for Regional FP&A, Services Ops Finance and Business Unit Finance teams for all financial closing and forecasting (pacing, Budget) rhythms.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Lead pacing interaction model between Services Ops Finance, FP&A, ITR Finance & HQ
  • Work closely with IT, Data owners and Global Standards team on Forecasting Tools Calendar, data load & data defects
  • Drive forecasting KPIs improvement & act as point of contact for Forecasting Tool enhancements
  • Support Lean Monthly Close process across Services Ops Finance
  • Develop Analytical Reporting packs for consumption of regional and business line leader including Variance vs plan and prior year
  • Support pacing loop back process to fulfilments to ensure source data accuracy and ensure fulfilment tie out to final pacing baseline
  • Support CSA, MMP, P&ES and TX Core business teams on quarterly DRs reporting
  • Support Services Ops Finance closing process through centralized reports (FDL TR, SmartView, TB, Emerald)
  • Support reporting of actuals on a monthly and quarterly basis at Country/Service Director/GM level
  • Implement process to drive visibility on week over week changes in fulfilment/SONIC base case, identify gaps and drive actions to ensure timely update of fulfilment tools
  • Prepare pacing templates to support Services Ops Finances team to drive discussions with ops teams
  • Coordinate with Services Ops Finance teams for RPO reporting

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountability, Economics from an accredited university or college is required.
  • Advanced experience in finance function in progressively larger positions of responsibility.
  • Proficient English speaker.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
