Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with visual programming platforms and low-code development environments to streamline the creation of applications. You will focus on building efficient systems that manage data structures, flows, business rules, reports, pages and dashboards, enhancing our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data structures within low-code platforms.
• Build and maintain automated workflows to enhance business processes.
• Develop business rules ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage platform features to enhance scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Document solutions and processes for future reference.

Requirements

General requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least intermediate level of English
• Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Able to obtain deep knowledge of the project’s technologies
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies

Technical requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in software development.
• Some experience in custom coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
