To support the strategic goals of AVEVA, the Change Lead for the C2C Programme is tasked with execution of the Change Management Framework as defined by the C2C Programme.

Framework to support our employees to adopt new technologies and processes. This role will report directly to the C2C Change Lead (who reports to the Programme Change Lead) and key activities will include impact assessments, business readiness, communication, and stakeholder engagement. The Change Analyst will lead a programme workstream for all Change related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute change management strategy and plan to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Lead Workstream (including projects) from a Change perspective and understand and capture all project related; changes, impacts, affected stakeholders, benefits and stakeholder value.
  • Track business readiness prior to go-live across all workstreams/projects.
  • Escalate risks and issues where relevant to C2C Change Lead.
  • Support Programme Change Network meetings.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Work with Communication Analyst to craft communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Work with Training Manager to ensure training needs are captured.
  • Review training material outputs and ensure approvals are obtained.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify potential barriers to change.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).
  • Proven ability to manage change in complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation, and motivational skills
  • Team Management – this role will manage and mentor a team of Change Analysts.
  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Meticulous individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Strong background in change management within IT projects and consulting experience, demonstrating a strategic approach to driving organizational change.
  • University degree in related discipline with >6 years change management experience.
  • Ability to build consensus and manage diverse, group-wide stakeholders through influence (not control)
  • Inclusive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management at all levels
