Business Management Analyst

Nuveen Tech & Operations CAO office has an opportunity for a Business Management Analyst. This role will be part of the Chief Administrative Office and assist leaders with culture programming, event planning, communication effectiveness and other assigned programs. In addition, will generate metrics, draft communications/reports to support business strategies. This job helps ensure that the assigned functional business area is optimized and cost effective.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Function as the liaison between various organizations and stakeholders.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross functional teams.
  • Develops and executes internal communications and creates meaningful, relevant content, clear and consistent messaging that promotes employee engagement and drives positive outcomes aligned with our goals and values including intranet content, formal email communications, internal communication tools, newsletters, videos, and presentations.
  • Identifies additional opportunities to promote engagement and help foster a positive culture. Implements and actions on strategic projects for Nuveen Tech & Ops CAO team with a focus on employee engagement, communication, program support, coordinating associate events, Town Halls, listening sessions, and additional internal events and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and partners to contribute to the development of key CAO programming, execution and support change management efforts needed to drive adoption and successful implementation of culture and communication programming.
  • Tracks, measures, and analyzes data and reporting key metrics and performance indicators on programming.
  • Facilitate meetings, for the purpose of gathering business requirements or related activities.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a similar-like role.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience using MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Resourcefulness and creative critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to include both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience and working knowledge of project and change management.
  • Strong time management, communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Initiative-taking with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to collaborate with key internal partners and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent working experience with Microsoft 365 tools to include SharePoint, and Viva Engage.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2024-10-05Base Pay Range: $56,300/yr. - $92,100/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
