Are you passionate about leading and growing a team?

We are looking for a personable and customer-centric Field Support for the Utah area to support our clients within the area. You will work with the Director, Client Success to ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction!

This role is located in Myton, Utah

A Day in the Life:

• Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency
• Install applications and computer peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

What You Bring:

• 1+ year(s) of deskside experience
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• -Experience with some of the following:
• -Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role
• -Microsoft Office 2010/2013/O365
• -Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• -Remote support
• -PC / printer hardware/VPN/Citrix
• -Active Directory
• -Supporting mobile devices
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Willingness and ability to carry a mobile phone for clients and/or for Long View Systems support
• Wide knowledge of the system(s) information and current news
• Supportive and caring disposition
