1. Responsible for managing sales activities while meeting sales goals for the company.
2) Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan to meet division goals.
3)To facilitate the implementation of marketing programs to ensure sales objectives are met.
4) Participate in the distributor development process to drive improved distributor performance.
5) Establish a planned, segmented coverage within to Increase market share and to improve demand creation activities.
6) Track distributor performance against all goals, objectives and review progress monthly.
7) Responsible for the monthly market summary report and business outlook.
8) Identifying potential clients and following up on sales.
Requirements
→ Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, agronomy or related field.
→ 10+ years of professional experience. With a minimum of 5 years being technical sales experience.
→ Experience in the irrigation industry is highly desirable
→ Candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence/train customer groups and deliver dynamic presentations.
