You would be joining Integrity360 at an immensely exciting time. Job Role

This is a junior technical role within the company with office location in Marcallo. The role mission is to evolve and maintain Integrity360’s and customers' internal IT operations and infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess fluent written and spoken Italian, as well as working proficiency in English and be willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure operation management:

• Implement and maintain systems and network infrastructures.

• Monitor the integrity and availability of all resources, systems and key processes.

• Maintain systems to an up to date state with all necessary improvements and security patches.

• Recurring check and optimizations of system and network performance.

• Predispose BC and DR solutions to ensure continuity of internal and customer's services and data.

• Design and automate administrative functions to reduce human intervention.

• Ask for periodical feedback on system performance from other teams and propose better solutions.

Cyber Security Insurance:

• Apply and upgrade on a regular basis OS security patches.

• Review systems and application logs and events to identify potential threats and guarantee Risks Management.

Configuration management:

• Implement and configure new services and resources accordingly to Integrity360 and customer's security standards.

• Create, manage and update documentation, diagrams and configuration procedures.

Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot any reported infrastructure problems.

• Troubleshoot customers’ and Integrity360 team’s technical problems.

• Create, manage and update documentation about incident triage and management.

Required skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in System Administration role or provable skillset and willing to learn fast.

• Basic knowledge of the Unix/Linux based OS and Microsoft Windows Server OS.

• Basic knowledge of the networking and firewalling.

• Fluent Italian and English.
