You will have the opportunity to participate in the following tasks:
Coordination, handling, and creation of a solution for workflow, reject and incident projects or tickets.
Checking criteria for starting parameterization of projects, microwave, and leased line revisions.
Analysis of the project or ticket in the necessary databases
Development of solution with participating partners
Controlling of the necessary actions to achieve milestones and rollout quality
Tracking of the ticket, project and/or dependencies until it is solved or completed Goods
Requirements
You have a BAC+5 in telecommunications with more than 8 years' experience in incident management.
