The Change Management Lead is responsible for managing a team tasked with overseeing change management functions for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project. The team’s focus areas include communications; process and organizational redesign; training development; and training deployment. These are permanent exempt positions that will move to maintenance and support after the project is complete (in 3-4 years).

Essential Functions

Throughout the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project, the Change Management Lead will:

  • Create Change Management templates and standards.
  • Co-develop the Change Management plans, timelines, organizational structure, and effort estimates.
  • Meet deliverable schedule.
  • Route work items to Change Management team members for completion.
  • Supervise Change Management team members.
  • Review and approve team member deliverables.
  • Liaise with functional and technical teams; and
  • Provide weekly task reports.
