The Change Management Lead is responsible for managing a team tasked with overseeing change management functions for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project. The team’s focus areas include communications; process and organizational redesign; training development; and training deployment. These are permanent exempt positions that will move to maintenance and support after the project is complete (in 3-4 years).
Essential Functions
Throughout the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project, the Change Management Lead will:
- Create Change Management templates and standards.
- Co-develop the Change Management plans, timelines, organizational structure, and effort estimates.
- Meet deliverable schedule.
- Route work items to Change Management team members for completion.
- Supervise Change Management team members.
- Review and approve team member deliverables.
- Liaise with functional and technical teams; and
- Provide weekly task reports.
