Senior IT Business System Analyst

Job Summary:

• The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive support for various business applications, including SAP S/4 Hana, Salesforce, Trackwise, Coupa, and related applications, primarily for our South Korea office. You will be responsible for tasks such as process design, systems analysis, creating functional specifications, monitoring production, optimizing performance, resolving issues, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support after implementation. Additionally, you may also be involved in new development projects and minor enhancements for these applications.
• As part of your responsibilities, you will be assigned IT projects by the IT Business Applications manager, where you will be responsible for project planning, requirements gathering, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
