A.D Compliance Services has an exciting, full-time on-site career opportunity for a Communication Monitoring Compliance Assistant (Italian, Portuguese, Japanese) at our headquarters in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine Call Centre and Agent quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members;

• Examine results of the calls by using scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability;

• Assist in the investigation of complaints;

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional & regulatory publications;

• Provide feedback to the head of the department.

Candidate Profile:

• University or College Degree in any field;
• Fluency in English language;
• Fluency in Italian, or Portuguese, or Japanese language;
• Fluency in any combination of Italian and/or Portuguese and/or Japanese will be considered an advantage;
