- Prepare analyses and reports required for both clients and your line manager to provide up-to-date information
- Ensure a high level and high quality of customer service; continuously assess customer expectations by reconciling with contacts, maintaining professional contact with partner representatives.
- Uncovering and investigating non-conformities and executing immediate actions to ensure that practical performance always meets Group and client requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Technical University degree - Mechanical/ Machine construction technology specialization
- More than 2-3 years of experience on a quality engineer position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Fluency in English/ German language is a big advantage
- Has very good use of PC and Internet
- Experience in process/ product/ production quality activities
- Experience in using Pareto principles
- Good knowledge of Kaizen, 5Why, 8D methodologies.
- Driving license (cat. B.) with driving experience
