The Recruitment Consultant position is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition professional interested in hiring for our Client Service teams in Greece.

This will be a three-month contract position.

• Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following:

• Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days.
• Pipeline Sourcing
• LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
• Interview to offer ratio
• Offer acceptance rate

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Understand the recruitment needs of the Athens office
• Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage incoming applications and review CVs with hiring management teams
• Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline
• Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, rejecting candidates and headhunting profiles
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely internal teams

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• BA in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience in sourcing and headhunting
• Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
• Proven excellence in project management
• Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionally fluent in English is necessary
