Your Opportunity

The Head of Growth Marketing will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to fuel the growth of our B2B SaaS platform by driving a qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth. We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive customer demand, acquisition, engagement & retention through targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Optimize the lead funnel to maximize conversion rates and increase the flow of qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive local engagement and enhance brand presence in target markets.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams of 10+ members and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in holistic growth planning encompassing research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a diverse portfolio of marketing channels and tactics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of key growth metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to strategize at a high level while also diving deep into tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
  • Experience working with international teams and a willingness to travel as needed.

Expected Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 + Bonus + VSOP

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.

Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
