Your Typical Day With Us

As a Technical Writer at Zeals, your mission is to produce high-quality documentation that enhances the user experience and facilitates the adoption of our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering and product management.
• Gather information to create clear and concise documentation, including user guides and API references.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and training workshops.
• Maintain a centralized repository of documentation.
• Regularly review and update documentation based on product requirements and user feedback.
• Proactively address user inquiries and documentation needs.

What You’ll Need

• Business-level English proficiency

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in the technology industry

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation for diverse audiences

• Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, GitLab, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all documentation deliverables

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through documentation
