Lead Frontend Area QA Engineer

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing testing practices, fostering collaboration across teams, establishing QA guidelines, advancing test automation, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high-quality standards and efficiency in the Frontend area and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize Testing Practices: Streamline existing testing within FE Core teams to eliminate redundancies and ensure cost-effective testing methods.
• Improve Team Collaboration: Enhance cooperation between QA, Development, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. Establish clear inter-team agreements to reduce unnecessary retesting.
• QA Guidelines: Develop clear guidelines for engineers on choosing testing approaches, starting with Frontend Core and expanding to other areas.
• Test Automation: Integrate and optimize test automation in development and release processes. Provide guidelines on automation practices and improve test pipelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and refine QA practices and automation strategies to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
