- The HRBP will performe an important role supporting and diving the HR aspect for Bosch Service Solution in Campinas;
- This position will be responsible for cascade the HR Strategies align with the business goals;
- Also act as strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance to drive business performance;
- Collaborate with the other HR BP from Campinas site and Local HR;
- Preparer a clear and aligned plan of talent management e acquisition, performance management and employee experience;
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend modern and innovative HR solutions;
- Support change initiatives in the local operations.
Requirements
- Complete degree in Business Management, People Management, Psychology and related;
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of Spanish;
- Advanced Microsoft Office;
- Solid experiences with Power BI;
- Knowledge of the SAP system;
- Solid experience as HRBP or in similar strategic HR role manly in service market;
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial vision;
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels;
- Ability to design and manage leadership and talent development aspects;
- Ability to cascade HR Strategy into the local operation;
- Data-driven and people analytic oriented;
- High performance mind set and result oriented.
