The Corporate Development (CD) team at Dream Sports drives M&A and investments for Dream Sports, India’s leading Sports Technology company. Driving the group's vision to "Make Sports Better" the CD team acquires and invests in companies across Sports content, Sports commerce, Sports tech, Sports gaming and Fitness tech, including applications of new-age disruptive technology such as Gen AI, AR / VR and Web3 in sports.

Your Role:

• Finding, negotiating and closing high impact deals across sports & sports related sectors
• Leading IC discussions and enabling decisions
• Leading diligence and documentation of all deals
• Ensuring end to end execution of buy-side domestic & cross border transactions
• Independently drive portfolio company performance including board obligations
• Helping drive the group and Corp Dev strategy and aligning CXOs accordingly
• Building & leveraging a professional network to source opportunities
• Assist in sell side & other strategic initiatives
• Mentor team members independently to deliver quality work

Qualifiers:

• 10+ yrs of experience with min 4 years of buy-side experience in a PE or Corp Dev
